Account Support Specialist

Blue Chip Group’s Beverage Division is seeking a motivated recent graduate or early-career professional to join our team as an Account Support Specialist within our contract manufacturing business. The Account Support Specialist supports and helps manage assigned customer accounts while learning the commercial, operational, and financial mechanics behind beverage production in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. You will work directly with customers while coordinating internally with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful product launches, accurate execution, and strong account performance. The role combines relationship management, business analytics, and cross‑functional execution, providing hands‑on exposure to how customer partnerships operate inside a 24‑hour production facility. This position offers early responsibility, executive visibility, and a structured path toward a full Account Manager role.
