What We Are Looking For We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with experience in the security industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in installing, servicing, and maintaining low voltage systems, including security cameras, access control systems, intercoms, and burglar alarms. Responsibilities Install, service, and maintain physical security devices in both commercial and residential settings. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with low voltage systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to assess needs and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations. Collaborate with team members to innovate and improve service offerings. Requirements Experience in low voltage work, specifically in security systems (cameras, access control, intercoms, burglar alarms). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and effective time management abilities. A dedicated and hard-working attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth. Familiarity with new technologies and a willingness to embrace innovation. Preferred Skills Previous experience in a technician role within the security industry. Certifications related to low voltage systems or security systems are a plus.
