Quality Technician / Quality Chemist

What You’ll Do: Work 2nd shift 2PM - 10:30PM Monday through Friday Adhere to all Quality standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes Perform routine QC testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods Report quality and process abnormalities to manager and lead investigations as needed Perform all quality control and quality assurance tests and procedures in a precise, accurate and efficient manner, and follows safety standards and protocols with regards to safe handling of materials Maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation, including hands‑on instrument troubleshooting & repair Maintain QC logbooks, compile and interpret data Develop and author SOPs Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) Maintain exemplary laboratory hygiene in terms of safety and SHE compliance Act as a leader and example for the company’s Behavioral Standards, which focus on Safety, Integrity, Inclusion, Performance, Community, and Innovation Perform other duties as required What You’ll Bring: Associate degree in chemistry or a related major. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Soil Science, Agronomy, Chemical Engineering or related field is preferred Available for 2nd shift 2PM - 10:30PM Monday through Friday 2+ years of experience in a laboratory; equivalent degree may be considered in lieu of lab experience Knowledge of Chemistry and Mathematics Extensive experience with MS Office. Experience with SAP QM Modules, LIMs is preferred Ability to communicate effectively with peers, and management Ability to work independently Ready to make an impact with us? Apply today!
