What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of medical procedures and specialties
• Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare providers to develop anesthesia plans
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
• Ensure patient safety before, during, and after anesthesia administration
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses
• Adhere to all safety and compliance standards within the facility
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and team communication

What You Need:

Required:

• Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Virginia or able to obtain one
• Prior experience in anesthesia care (preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Additional certifications related to anesthesia care or advanced practice nursing
