Recruiting Coordinator (2 Openings) | High-Growth AI Company | Onsite (5 Days/Week)

We are partnering with a rapidly scaling AI company seeking two Recruiting Coordinators to support a fast-paced and high-volume recruiting function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in structured, detail-heavy coordination work and enjoys being the operational backbone of hiring.

Due to continued company growth and increased hiring demand across multiple teams, the recruiting function is expanding and needs strong coordination support.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage all administrative and coordination tasks across recruiting and onboarding
• Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams, functions, and stakeholders
• Serve as a key point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
• Support onsite interview logistics, including candidate greeting and day-of coordination
• Maintain accurate, real-time data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to keep interview pipelines moving efficiently

What we’re looking for:

1. Prior experience in recruiting coordination, talent operations, or HR coordination
2. Strong scheduling, calendar management, and logistics coordination skills
3. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a high-volume environment
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished candidate-facing presence
5. High attention to detail and strong data accuracy within recruiting systems
6. Calm, organized, and proactive under pressure
