PROGRAM DIRECTOR – PLM TRANSFORMATION

Location: Towson, MD

Work Arrangement: Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead large-scale PLM transformation initiatives across multiple business units and global locations. The ideal candidate will bring strong PLM expertise combined with enterprise program leadership, digital transformation, and executive stakeholder management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies.
Define program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, KPIs, risks, and delivery strategies.
Drive Agile/Hybrid execution across engineering and IT teams.
Partner with C-level executives, engineering leaders, IT stakeholders, and business teams.
Lead governance meetings, steering committees, executive reviews, and escalations.
Develop and execute PLM strategies aligned with Digital Thread and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Oversee PDM, Change & Configuration Management, and BOM management including EBOM, MBOM, and SBOM.
Provide oversight of PLM platforms such as Teamcenter and 3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA.
Support initiatives involving MBSE, SysML, Digital Twin, MBD, and Model-Based Enterprise.
Ensure successful integration, adoption, and delivery of enterprise PLM solutions.
