Salary: $150K - $180K per Annum

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies. This role will be responsible for program leadership and delivery, executive stakeholder management, PLM strategy, digital transformation, and technical and solution oversight.

The Program Director will define program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The role will also drive Agile/Hybrid execution frameworks across engineering and IT teams and provide strategic leadership across PLM transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies.
• Define program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, KPIs, and delivery objectives aligned with business strategy.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and stakeholder expectations.
• Drive Agile and Hybrid execution frameworks across engineering and IT teams.
• Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and engineering leadership.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for program risks, issues, and critical decisions.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive program reviews.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and PLM implementation.
• Define and execute PLM strategies aligned with Industry 4.0 and Digital Thread initiatives.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of Product Data Management (PDM), Change & Configuration Management, and BOM Management.
• Support eBOM, mBOM, and sBOM transformation initiatives.
• Drive Requirements and Systems Engineering initiatives, including MBSE and SysML.
• Lead adoption of Digital Twin, Simulation/MBD, and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE) capabilities.
• Provide architectural and technical oversight for PLM solutions, including 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX), Teamcenter, and system integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional engineering, IT, business, and technology teams throughout PLM transformation programs.
• Monitor program risks, dependencies, budgets, milestones, and overall delivery performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale PLM transformation programs .
• Strong program and portfolio leadership experience across multiple business units and geographies.
• Experience with PLM platforms such as 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) and Teamcenter .
• Strong understanding of PDM, Change & Configuration Management, and BOM management.
• Experience with eBOM, mBOM, and sBOM processes.
• Strong knowledge of Requirements and Systems Engineering, including MBSE and SysML .
• Experience with Digital Thread, Digital Twin, Model-Based Design, or Model-Based Enterprise initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with C-level executives and engineering leadership.
• Experience leading governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Hybrid program delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing program roadmaps, budgets, milestones, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
• Strong technical and solution architecture oversight experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Towson, MD.
• Must be available for a full-time position.
