How will you make animpact We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will coordinate work amongst other members of the Sales Operations team and other stakeholder groups in supporting ADLINK Technology, Inc.’s growing business efforts and customer base. The Sales Operations Manager is office based. What will you do Manages Customer Account Management Specialist team and monitors, plans, and implements projects supporting order fulfillment activities. Responsible for reviewing and updating sales processes, procedures & implementation of sales automation tools. Ensures compliance with company revenue recognition policies for booking and shipment of orders. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of Sales operations. Creates and reviews Bill of Materials for item configurations. Responsible for reviewing credit returns/cancellations/order pushes with the internal management team. Acts as liaison between Sales, Operations, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Reviews and suggests forecasting for customers. Manages and reviews Sales Orders. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Review factory order revision requests Supervise employees within the Sales Operations department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. How will you get here Education Bachelor’s Degree Experience & Qualifications 5+ years of related experience in sales operations and management and training Previous management experience is required. Familiarwithavarietyofthefield’sconcepts, practices, and procedures. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. ProficientwithMicrosoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Excellentcustomerserviceandproblem-solving skills. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and excellent organizational and planning skills; results‑oriented. Strong timemanagement, excellent interpersonal, and relationship‑buildingskills. Demonstrate ability to achieve operational excellence through strong analyticalskills. Base Salary Range $125,000-$150,000USD Individual offers are based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
