About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its next phase of growth. This pivotal role involves close collaboration with the Board and investors to drive strategic growth, professionalize operations, and establish a scalable platform for multi-site expansion. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious executive with a strong strategic vision, exceptional operational execution, and a proven track record in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading the development and implementation of the group's growth strategy, overseeing operational performance, and playing a central role in acquisition integration. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building scalable infrastructure, strengthening leadership capability, and ensuring the organization maintains high standards while achieving commercial objectives. The CEO will be expected to have a background that includes experience at the CEO, Managing Director, or Divisional Director level, a strong history of scaling multi-site operations, and a deep understanding of commercial and financial management. A data-driven, KPI-focused approach to performance management, as well as experience in buy-and-build or acquisition integration strategies, is essential. The role requires a leader with a people-centric and values-driven approach, capable of fostering a positive culture, and with a proven ability to manage relationships with stakeholders, including investors, Board members, and regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the company's evolution, from a founder-led business to a high-performing, scalable platform, and will be responsible for delivering on ambitious growth and financial targets.
