We are a bankruptcy law firm, and we help people get out of debt by filing for bankruptcy. People call our law firm on their worst day - when they can't handle their debts anymore - and we help them eliminate those debts.
We're looking for a phone scheduler, who will make scheduled calls, take incoming calls, and place outbound calls to existing leads. Calls are 5-10 minutes at most, and focus on listening, letting them know we can help, finding good candidates, and then scheduling an appointment with our team.
Applicants must be familiar with computer systems, able to use a CRM, and comfortable with technology. Applicants must love talking to people on the phone, and be able to use empathy and compassion.
