Ability to qualify for a US Department of Defense security clearance required.This position is in-person.Toyon is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support our Facilities Manager in providing general facility maintenance and operations support for our corporate headquarters and satellite offices. The Facilities Coordinator is the first line of responsive communication and action for facilities issues that may be reported. In addition to day-to-day resolution of facilities issues, and supporting construction projects and improvements, the Facilities Coordinator will be assigned responsibility for completing a range of facility projects.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute projects assigned by the Facilities Manager, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes and materials, scheduling onsite work, and providing oversight of vendor workUtilize the facilities ticketing system to receive, log, acknowledge, provide status updates and close-out issues/requests in a timely mannerEscort visitors, and respond to external facilities-related inquiriesEnsure that the interior and exterior presentation of the Toyon facilities project a professional imagePromptly notify the Facilities Manager of time-critical, emergency, and safety-related facility issuesMaintain a positive and professional presence and rapport with colleagues, vendors, temporary workers, customers and others in the workplace environmentOccasionally assist with shipping and receivingKeep all utilities and office equipment in working orderUse tools to make small repairs, install items in offices, and assemble furniture itemsSupport office relocations, office setup, and other needs of new and existing employeesOversee moving or installation of office furniture, fixtures and other necessary office equipmentCoordinate maintenance and repair services, including on-site work of janitors and other vendor tradespeopleSurvey janitorial needs and perform regular inspections utilizing appropriate checklistsMaintain organization and accountability of equipment and property in storage areasSupport other general operations duties as assigned by managementRequirementsExcellent customer service backgroundMinimum two years' experience in related facilities support rolesBasic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Knowledge of office equipment (printers, copiers, fax machine, postage machine, etc.)Effective communication skillsSelf-motivatedAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamMinimum of high school diploma; associates degree preferredMust have driver's license and personal vehicle for running errands; a clean driving record is essentialAbility to lift up to 40 pounds.WE OFFER AN EXCEPTIONAL EMPLOYEE BENEFITS PACKAGE!Competitive Industry Pay100% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance PremiumHSA with Employer ContributionsDental and Vision Coverage OptionsPaid HolidaysPaid Vacation and Sick leaveCompany Funded 401(k) and Profit Sharing PlansEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Life and Disability InsurancePaid Parental LeaveDiscretionary Bonus EligibilityThe annual pay range for the Facilities Coordinator position is $55,000 to $65,000.Equal Opportunity Employer including Disability and VeteransApplicant Privacy Notice
