Step into a rewarding opportunity serving a diverse student population as an Occupational Therapist with a school-based assignment running through June 2027. You'll work collaboratively alongside a fellow OT to provide exceptional support for a dynamic caseload of 59 students, covering grades preschool through eighth. This is an excellent chance to build meaningful relationships with students and staff alike while advancing your expertise within educational settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure required
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred
• Familiarity with delivering services to students from preschool through middle school
• Ability to adapt strategies for a wide age and developmental range
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Committed to fostering engagement, independence, and student growth

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver OT services in accordance with students’ IEPs and school policies
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and other service providers
• Conduct assessments and create intervention plans tailored to each student's needs
• Maintain detailed session notes and progress reports
• Support students in achieving their functional, academic, and social goals
• Manage a balanced caseload in cooperation with a co-OT to ensure optimal service coverage
