Contract Business Planning Assistant

Job Description

A Global Automotive Supplier is looking for a Contract Business Planning Assistant to join their team.

Hybrid Work: 4 days in the office, 1 day work from home per week.

2-3 Month Contract position

Position Summary

· Support collection and review of documentation related to tariff recovery claims to customers

· Search for required documents (CBP forms and invoices) in shared folders and work with team members to locate missing documents.

· Review documents and confirm details align with recovery claims.

· Update Excel templates (using Vlookups and Pivot Tables) to populate import data into customer required formats.

· Prepare summaries of claims submitted and track recoveries (using Excel)

Job Requirements

· Strong analytical and communication skills

· Advanced Excel Skills, including capability to use advanced functions like Vlookups and Pivot Tables
