$97,000 - $225,000 yearly

• Engage with potential buyers and sellers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.
• Utilize proven lead generation strategies to grow your client base and expand your network.
• Collaborate with experienced agents to gain insights and refine your sales techniques.
• Guide clients through the buying and selling process with confidence and professionalism.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your market knowledge and sales skills.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends to provide informed advice to clients.
• Coordinate and conduct property showings, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license or in the process of obtaining one.
• Experience in building strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to engage effectively with potential buyers and sellers, understanding their unique needs.
• Proven track record of utilizing lead generation strategies to expand your client base.
• Willingness to collaborate with experienced agents to refine your sales techniques.
• Commitment to ongoing training and development to enhance market knowledge and sales skills.
