As a Real Estate Showing Agent , you'll work directly with motivated buyers, tour homes, and help guide clients through one of the most important decisions they'll ever make. This role provides the hands-on experience needed to develop your skills while building a successful real estate career.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $160,000+

This is a commission-based opportunity , giving you the ability to directly impact your income through your performance.

Compensation:

$115,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, fostering trust and open communication.
• Collaborate with our team to provide seamless client experiences, enhancing our reputation in the market.
• Stay updated on local real estate trends, sharing insights with clients to empower their choices.
• Coordinate with listing agents to schedule and conduct property showings efficiently.
• Utilize our proven systems to track client interactions and follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs to continually refine your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their home-buying journey.
• Proven track record of working independently and managing your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly and stay informed on local trends.
• Comfortable using technology and digital tools to track client interactions and manage scheduling efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate with a team, contributing to a seamless client experience and enhancing our market reputation.
• Eagerness to participate in ongoing training and mentorship programs, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional growth.
