This role provides both clinical and administrative support, ensuring smooth patient flow and high?quality care. You'll work closely with providers and clinic teams while traveling between 2 locations as needed.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient CareTake manual vital signs and document in the EMRAssist providers with exams, diagnostic tests, and point?of?care testingAdminister immunizations, injections, and oral medicationsObserve and record patient reactionsPerform phlebotomy and prepare lab specimensProcess labs, swabs, and other samplesProvide routine patient education and self?management supportTrack preventive care needs, referrals, and follow?up itemsConduct outreach to patients and specialists for referrals, care gaps, and recordsClinic OperationsManage patient flow throughout the care centerSet up exam and procedure rooms based on visit needsAnswer multi?line phones and assist with front desk duties when neededSchedule appointments and support patient registrationMaintain inventory and restock suppliesServe as an external?facing representative for the clinicTravel to other sites for coverage or events as neededCompliancePerform QA controls and complete required documentationFollow safety and infection?control protocolsMaintain HIPAA confidentialityMeet medical record documentation standardsParticipate in quality improvement and comply with OSHA/CLIA guidelinesTeam CollaborationParticipate in team meetings and huddlesSupport training, orientation, and ongoing competency assessmentsWork with clinic teams to meet performance targetsAdapt to flexible hours or shifts as neededPerform other duties as assignedAdditional QualificationsAbility to set up exam/procedure rooms using sterile/aseptic techniqueBasic knowledge of cleaning, sterilization, and autoclavingAbility to support office?based proceduresUnderstanding of immunization administration for all age groupsExperience documenting in an EMRBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)13 paid holidaysPaid Time Off (PTO)Compensation:$19.00to$30.00
