Network Operations Specialist

A client/employer of Insight Global is searching for a Network Operations Specialist to support largescale retail network operations by monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting SDWAN, RF/WiFi, and telephony systems across domestic and international locations. This role is operationally focused and critical to ensuring reliable connectivity and a strong enduser experience.

Responsibilities May Include:
- Support Cisco SDWAN network connectivity and Cisco Call Manager telephony services
- Provide RF/WiFi network support across a large, distributed retail environment
- Proactively monitor network performance using monitoring and analytics tools
- Manage and resolve incidents in alignment with SLA requirements
- Deliver highquality customer support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Partner with field teams, carriers, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and support to ensure stability

- Experience supporting Cisco Call Manager and large distributed WiFi networks
- Strong troubleshooting, problemsolving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with nontechnical u
