Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, creating individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), substance use counseling, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all ethical and regulatory standards concerning client confidentiality.

• Participate in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with best practices in therapy and mental health strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
