You will own how we generate pipeline, close business, and turn market feedback into better pricing, packaging, and go-to-market execution. Team Mission What this role is here to change. This role is here to take founder-led selling and turn it into a process the company can trust, inspect, and scale. Responsibilities What this role owns. Own revenue strategy, pipeline creation, and forecasting. Build and refine outbound, partnership, and founder-assisted closing motions. Tighten qualification, pricing, and packaging based on live customer conversations. Create the reporting cadence the company uses to review revenue performance. Preferred Background What strong candidates usually bring. Experience building or scaling revenue at an early-stage or high-growth company. Comfort selling an analytical product that requires trust and explanation. Ability to move between strategy and hands‑on execution without getting stuck in either. Strong pipeline hygiene, follow-through, and forecasting instincts. Operating Focus Build the first real playbook across homeowner, investor, and channel-partner revenue motions. Set clear pipeline stages, follow-up standards, and forecast discipline. Work closely with product and marketing so objections, win reasons, and churn signals improve decisions quickly. Success Looks Like The company is no longer guessing where qualified pipeline comes from next month. Partnership and outbound efforts have clear owners, conversion targets, and follow-through. Leadership can trust the forecast because it reflects what is actually happening in the funnel.
