About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief People Officer (CPO) to lead the design and execution of its enterprise human resources strategy. The CPO will be responsible for all HR functions, including operations, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational learning, and HR systems and analytics. This role is pivotal in aligning workforce planning, talent development, recruitment, and retention with the company's strategic priorities. The successful candidate will serve as a key advisor to the executive team, driving organizational effectiveness, and ensuring that the workforce is equipped to deliver high-quality outcomes. The CPO will also be instrumental in shaping and driving the people strategy at an enterprise level, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will oversee the implementation of comprehensive HR policies that support the mission-driven culture of the organization. Candidates for the CPO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and HR certification. Executive-level leadership experience in HR or People and Culture, particularly in mission-driven healthcare or social services settings, is essential. The role requires a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in multi-state operations. Technical experience in HRIS administration, people analytics, and regulatory compliance is necessary, as are strong soft skills in relationship building, communication, and change leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting DEIB and health equity initiatives and experience in integrated healthcare or social service models. The CPO will be expected to ensure compliance with all employment laws and to maintain a policy framework that supports consistent application across all locations.
