AI Content Production Specialist

We are looking for an AI Content Production Specialist to own the day-to-day production of our AI-driven, player-facing content. This role takes the tools and workflows our team builds, runs them at volume, and turns a steady stream of requests into finished, polished output, primarily visual and interactive experiences, following each item through to completion. Working in a tight, fast iteration loop with the team lead, and alongside content, design, and engineering partners, you keep production moving and quality high. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented finisher and hands-on maker who takes genuine satisfaction in executing the work well day after day, manages a steady queue independently, and makes sure nothing slips through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Produce, edit, assemble, and quality-check player-facing content across formats and languages, with a focus on video and visual or interactive experiences. Run production at volume while holding a consistent, high standard on every piece. Translate feedback, requests, and improvement ideas into a clear queue of work and drive each item to completion. Track open threads and follow up proactively so tasks are finished without reminders. Fold player and stakeholder feedback into continuous improvements to existing content. Manage versioning, file and asset organization, and content library hygiene so nothing is lost or shipped incomplete. Use modern AI tools as a daily multiplier across content creation and production. Help document and refine production workflows to keep the pipeline efficient and consistent. Requirements Demonstrated track record of completing detailed, hands-on production work to a high standard. Strong hands-on production craft, especially in video and visual or interactive content, with the ability to turn direction into finished, polished assets. Strong follow-through and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a steady queue of tasks independently. Comfortable with consistent, repeatable production work and motivated by doing it well rather than by changing it. Genuinely fluent with modern AI tools as a daily multiplier, able to build and adapt AI-assisted workflows rather than just use them casually, with sound judgment about where they fall short. Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative, low-ego working style. Able to manage multiple priorities and keep quality consistent in a fast-paced environment. Experience with content pipelines, audio production, or game and community content is a plus.
