Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) — PICU, NICU, or Pediatric ER MedStaff Group Brooklyn, NY $55–$65 per Hour | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Full-Time | Three 12-Hour Shifts | Days or Nights MedStaff Group is seeking experienced Pediatric Registered Nurses for a specialized pediatric nursing and rehabilitation facility in Brooklyn. This is an exceptional opportunity to care for medically complex children in a highly supportive environment while working alongside pediatric providers, respiratory therapists, rehabilitation specialists, and an experienced interdisciplinary team. Schedule Full-time: three 12-hour shifts per week Day and night shifts available One weekend per month required Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care to medically complex pediatric patients. Perform comprehensive assessments and implement individualized care plans. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and accurately. Closely monitor patients and respond quickly to changes in clinical condition. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary team. Educate and support patients’ families throughout the care process. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance. Qualifications Active New York State RN license required. Minimum of two years of recent experience in at least one of the following: Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Pediatric Emergency Department Strong pediatric assessment and critical-thinking skills.
