As an MCA Broker , you will be on the front lines driving revenue, building relationships with small-to-medium business owners across the country, and closing merchant cash advances and traditional financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Phones: Execute high-volume cold calling campaign to connect with business owners seeking working capital.

• Pitch & Negotiate: Consult with clients to understand their financial needs and negotiate deals using our suite of financial products.

• Close Deals: Drive the sales process from initial contact to funding.

• Pipeline Management: Utilize our CRM software to organize outreach, follow up diligently, and manage your pipeline.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters and senior team members to streamline deal flow and close faster.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven team environment.
