We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing team in Arkansas. This contract-to-permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced call center setting, and wants to build a long-term career with advancement potential. In this permanent, entry-level role, you will support clients by handling inquiries, documenting interactions accurately, and contributing to a structured onsite service environment.
Responsibilities:• Respond to inbound customer calls and provide timely, courteous assistance for a wide range of client questions and concerns.
• Record customer interactions thoroughly in the case management system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain daily activity records that support productivity monitoring and highlight performance trends.
• Place outbound calls when additional contact is needed to investigate issues and bring complex situations to resolution.
• Support team-led initiatives such as testing activities and customer support projects as assigned by leadership.
• Adjust quickly to updated procedures, service expectations, and operational guidelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a high-volume environment while protecting confidential customer information.
• Contribute to a dependable and focused workplace through consistent attendance, punctuality, and strong work habits.• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced support or call center environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with customers.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently while also supporting broader team objectives.
• Basic computer proficiency, including internet-based tools and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to analyze customer issues, remain composed under pressure, and use sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
