Inventory SpecialistEnhance inventory accuracy and optimize customer operations through meticulous data entry, efficient order processing, and thorough inventory tracking in a dynamic manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesEnter and maintain inventory and order information in company systems.Process shipments, receipts, and sales orders.Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.Review shipping and receiving records for accuracy.Coordinate with suppliers and customers regarding order status.Support EDI transactions and verify documentation.Provide customer service and resolve order-related issues.Essential SkillsExperience in inventory control and management.Proficiency in shipping and receiving processes.Strong computer skills, including ERP systems.Competence in data entry and supply chain management.Proven skills in warehouse inventory and production support.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED required.1+ year of experience in administrative, inventory, logistics, or customer service roles is preferred.Strong data entry and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in an office within a manufacturing setting, providing a mix of administrative, customer service, and logistics responsibilities.
