Join the team at Leons Lobstah Shack as a Line Cook! In this fast-paced kitchen, you'll be crafting delicious seafood dishes that keep our customers coming back for more. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the restaurant's high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adapt to changing menu items and seasonal dishes with creativity.
- Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for seafood and culinary arts.
- Must be able to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
