Restoration Project Manager

About the Role On behalf of our client, we are looking for a driven Restoration Project Manager to oversee property restoration projects from initial scope through final delivery. This role requires strong operational leadership, structured decision-making, and the ability to execute projects with precision and accountability. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships with a focus on measurable results. Key Responsibilities Own the full lifecycle of restoration projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Establish project budgets, confirm work orders, and proactively monitor progress against plan. Enforce compliance with safety, building codes, and industry standards. Direct and manage subcontractors, holding them accountable to quality and performance metrics. Build trust with clients and business partners through clear, timely, and professional communication. Track and report on key performance indicators (sales, gross margin, timelines, customer satisfaction). Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in restoration or construction project management. Proven ability to lead teams and hold subcontractors accountable. Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills. Demonstrated problem‑solving ability in dynamic, high‑demand environments. Effective communicator with both technical teams and clients. Knowledge of fire/water restoration is a plus. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary ($70,000-$80,000) + uncapped commission on completed projects (additional $10,000-$20,000) Company‑provided vehicle, phone, and computer.
