Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the telecom industry and digital transformation trends, coupled with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding our market presence for the full range of Atlas Products including our new suite of AtlasMobile solutions. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the telecoms and digital transformation space. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the needs of clients. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform business strategies. Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts. Qualifications Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies and digital transformation trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
