Accountant

Essential Duties & Functions Manage daily cash activities, including cash management and bank account reconciliations Perform treasury functions, including bank wire transfers and ACH transactions Complete daily transactional analysis and reconciliation activities Prepare, post, and review journal entries Review, analyze, and report on general ledger activity Assist with financial statement preparation, including report packages and presentations for statement users Provide assistance and support during the annual audit process Assist with annual budgeting activities, including interim and monthly forecasting Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial issues as needed Support accounting operations and financial reporting requirements in a fast-paced, growing environment . Qualifications Working knowledge of QuickBooks or comparable accounting software Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP Strong analytical skills, including research and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision Flexibility with work schedule as business needs require High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to provide references demonstrating integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr Forge Search
