Salary Range: $67,000 - $101,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and operational expenditures to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals, conducting ROI and payback period analyses.
• Collaborate with operations teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive cost efficiencies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, variance analysis, and their application in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for operational improvements.
