Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze production costs and variances to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new product lines and existing manufacturing processes.
• Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Evaluate capital investment proposals, including ROI and payback period analysis.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis using tools like Excel, SAP, or other ERP systems.
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles and their impact on financial performance.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into actionable insights for operational improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
• Familiarity with production planning and inventory management processes.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
