Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zeiders Wellness Clinic, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload of clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, discuss stability, prepare for upcoming appointments, and appropriately facilitate discharges.
\n
• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring tailored, person-centered treatment plans that align with each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date documentation and progress notes for each client in compliance with our clinic’s standards.
\n
• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information about potential clients.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions, typically on a weekly basis.
\n
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions for ongoing professional development.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to coordinate client care across different settings.

• Fostering a growth mindset, embracing new strategies and continuing education in clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily serves youth and young adults, and you will have the opportunity to engage with various populations dealing with mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health or a closely related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State.

• Demonstrable ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in accordance with clinical settings.

• At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience conducting assessments and providing both individual and group therapy.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for clinical documentation and communication, including basic keyboarding skills.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences will be advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n
