Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Engaging in regular client sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Preparing for client sessions by reviewing case notes, research, and relevant materials to ensure effective and individualized care.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment progress, and case notes in both written and electronic formats.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including other mental health professionals and partner agencies, to coordinate care and enhance treatment efficacy.

• Participating in continuous professional development through supervision sessions, seminars, and group discussions focused on clinical best practices.

• Contributing to the development and implementation of treatment plans (ITPs) that address specific client needs.

• Attending staff meetings to discuss client progress, operational updates, and organizational goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will be instrumental in helping clients develop coping mechanisms, improve their mental health, and achieve emotional resilience. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• A valid mental health license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).

• A clean history free from medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.

• Strong clinical skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
