Accounts Payable Analyst

Location: Hybrid | Orlando, FL

Pay: $22 - $24/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Analyst for our client in Orlando, FL. Please apply today if you have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and match them to purchase orders and receipts.
• Experience reconciling credit card statements
• 5 years of AP experience with experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Prior experience with Oracle software
• Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments and discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in accounting preferred.
• 5 years of accounts payable or related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
