Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Job Title

Pay Range: $37.10hr - $42.10hr

Requirements/Must Have

• Experience recruiting within a healthcare, health insurance, managed care, or hospital environment.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
• Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify passive talent.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruiting documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates while managing multiple competing priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years Full life-cycle HR/Agency recruitment experience in a high volume environment supporting mid to senior level roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in proactively sourcing qualified candidates.
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
• Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies and resources; build networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
• Act as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers.
• Travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events as needed.
• Develop recruitment and communication strategies to enhance the recruiting experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers.
• Coordinate the implementation of strategies for recruiting diverse talent.
• Work closely with hiring managers, building trust and credibility as an advisor in the selection process.
• Evaluate recruiting pool to identify future sourcing needs and implement proactive recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines for future vacancies.
• Proactively source and network with potential candidates in the marketplace.
• Assist in the organizing and logistics of recruitment and marketing events.
• Represent the organization internally and externally at events, job fairs, and college recruitment functions.
• Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws.
• Assist Talent Acquisition Leadership with development and implementation of specific projects.
