Job Description

The Afternoon Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support to customers through various communication channels during afternoon shifts. This position requires managing calls, maintaining clear customer communication, and handling customer billing processes, such as charging customers. The representative will primarily engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries efficiently. Talking with team members on radio calls.

Hours are Monday to Friday 2pm to 9pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through phone, email, and chat channels
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls professionally and promptly
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to resolve issues
• Process customer billing and charge customers accurately
• Handle multiple communication channels, ensuring timely responses

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Skills in customer service, communication, and problem solving
• Proficient in time management, conflict resolution, and multitasking
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and teamwork
