Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Assist with various projects including data entry, filing, compiling of data, and other tasks that may contribute to the internal workings of the organization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assists staff with various tasks such as filing, data entry, copying, and compiling of data. Works with various teammates to expand knowledge of company and aid the learning process. Complete specific projects related to analysis and planning. Performs other duties as assigned. Operates computer, calculator, multi-line phone, fax machine, copier, and other office equipment. Adheres to all organizational policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS Strong verbal and written communications skills. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Ability to handle multiple tasks and details. Ability to operate a Computer, calculator, multi-line phone, fax machine, copier, and other office equipment. Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.
