Vallarta Supermarkets Duarte is hiring a Guacamole Lead FT to oversee guacamole prep, presentation, and quality in the Taquería department. You will ensure freshness, flavor, and safety while assisting with stocking and ingredient orders, reporting to the Taquería Manager. Responsibilities include producing guacamole to recipes, managing production to hit sales goals, weighing and labeling products, and assisting on promotions.
