Missions

Under the responsibility of the Director of Management Unit:

The reception and secretariat assistant is responsible for welcoming the public and participating in the administration and management of the structure.

- Under the authority of the manager, welcome and facilitate the lives of students (contact, information, orientation, mail, administrative formalities)

- Under the responsibility of the manager, collect rents and work in liaison with the different services of CROUS and the CAF,

- Ensure the inventories of entry and exit, ensure the optimum occupancy of residences,

- Ensure telephone reception,

- Welcome companies and follow up on the realization of the services provided,

- Participate in the safety of staff and property,

- Ensure the sale of various services,

- Verify invoices,

- Manage emergency situations,

- Participate in management tasks,

Possibility to hold the planning of studios

Profile Sought

Know-how and knowledge:

- Mastery of new communication and management technologies (software, Internet, Intranet, domotics),

- Mastery of written and oral expression,

- Knowledge of a second language is desirable,

- Knowledge of communication and management tools (software, fax),

- Knowledge of the internal organization of the unit of assignment and its environment (water, gas, heating, electricity networks, safety equipment installation)

- Knowledge of student problems,

- Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules in force.

- Knowledge of reception and communication techniques

Minimum Required Level of Education

• Level Level 3 Diplomas equivalent to CAP/BEP
