MBA ESG recrute un.e Adjoint.e de Direction d'htel en alternance pour son entreprise partenaire. MBA ESG dispense depuis plus de 35 ans des cursus spcialiss pour former les professionnels de demain aux mtiers les plus recherchs. Les formations dlivrent des titres certifis de niveau 7 et sont inscrits au classement des Meilleurs masters, MS et MBA.
Accessibles ds bac+3, pour une ou deux annes, les MBA permettent de se spcialiser, d'obtenir une expertise sectorielle, de se rorienter, ou acqurir une double comptence.

Notre offre :
- Une formation en alternance, contrat d'apprentissage, 1 semaine en cours / 2 semaines en entreprise
- Dmarrage en octobre 2025 pour deux annes de formation
- Double diplme : MBA ESG Spcialis Management de l'htellerie et Titre de Manager des hbergements touristiques - Niveau 7 - RNCP34056
- Postes pourvoir en le de France.

La mission chez notre partenaire
Sous la responsabilit du Directeur et de l'Adjoint d'un tablissement htelier, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Contribuer au bon fonctionnement de l'tablissement en veillant au respect des normes de qualit, sant et scurit de l'enseigne ainsi que de la bonne tenue du site.
- Participer la gestion du planning et des horaires du personnel.
- Relayer l'information afin d'assurer une bonne communication entre la direction, la rception, la maintenance et les tages (nouvelles procdures, demandes d'autorisations, s'assurer du suivi des demandes, etc.).
- Assister la gouvernante pour la passation des commandes et la vrification des mouvements.
- Participer activement l'atteinte des rsultats commerciaux et la satisfaction client.
- Contribuer la vrification des encaissements journaliers et la saisie des nouveaux virements.
- Participer la gestion oprationnelle de la structure, tant sur des axes financiers, RH que commerciaux.
- Contribuer la gestion des relations avec les fournisseurs ainsi que les sous-traitants.
Le profil
- Diplms Bac +3 : Htellerie, restauration ou langues, sciences de gestion avec au moins une premire exprience dans le secteur de l'htellerie OU Bac+2, exprience professionnelle minimale de 3 ans dans le secteur
- Vous disposez d'excellentes capacits relationnelles et rdactionnelles
- Dynamique, vous aimez le travail d'quipe et avez le got de la satisfaction du client
- Vous avez une capacit d'analyse
- Rigoureux(se), organis(e) et autonome
