MARKETING DIRECTOR

Schedule: Guaranteed 35 hours but could work up to 40 hours per week. About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Marketing Office on Moody AFB. Guaranteed 35 hours but may work up to 40 hours per week. Must be able to work an irregular shift to include days, nights, weekends and holidays. Key Responsibilities Develops and implements marketing plans, promotional campaigns, advertising media, commercial sponsorship policies, programs, and strategies. Plans and coordinates the details of recurring and non-recurring activities, special events, and joint community undertakings. Schedules and publicizes activities. Coordinates and assists with set-up and teardown requirements for programs and events. Accounts for all funds involved in program and makes recommendations for improvements in funding and other support services. Supervisory duties to include but no limited to, employee management, developing work schedules, assignments, training, disciplinary actions, performance evaluations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements & Education Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify.
