Head of Marketing Management

An entertainment company in New York City is seeking a Marketing Director to lead integrated marketing strategy for custom sponsorships, client pitches, and cross-platform brand partnerships.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Develop strategic sales narratives, sponsorship packages, and custom marketing solutions for proactive opportunities and RFP responses
Partner with sales leadership and account teams to create compelling, insight-driven client pitches
Represent the organization in client and agency meetings, presenting creative vision, strategic value, and executional approach
Identify and manage external partnerships that support new revenue opportunities and platform extensions
Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, programming, creative, production, streaming, social, and research teams to build differentiated go-to-market solutions
7-10 years of integrated marketing experience in a media company, agency, or brand, with a focus on custom marketing solutions for ad sales and streaming
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, strategic, and technical teams
- Strong writing, storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and experience with Airtable
- Excellent project management skills, including organization, planning, multitasking, and time management
Experience mentoring marketing managers or coordinators
Experience supporting sponsorships across linear, streaming, social, and live event platforms
