Mockins is a fast-growing automotive e-commerce brand based in Brooklyn, NY. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a strategic marketing leader to strengthen our brand, drive growth, and lead our marketing efforts across channels. Position Overview We're seeking a Marketing Director to own the overall marketing strategy for Mockins — shaping brand positioning, building the marketing team, overseeing key growth channels, and using data and KPIs to drive measurable business results. Key Responsibilities Develop brand positioning and overall marketing strategy, ensuring a unified identity across all channels Lead, develop, and set priorities for the marketing team Drive email marketing strategy as a key growth and retention channel Establish, track, and analyze marketing KPIs, ROI, and performance Oversee paid media strategy, including Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms Guide content and campaign strategy while ensuring a consistent brand voice Lead product launches and major marketing initiatives Use market, customer, and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively Qualifications 3+ years of marketing leadership experience, including team management Strong strategic, analytical, and data-driven mindset Experience developing brand and growth strategies Familiarity with email marketing, paid advertising, and digital analytics Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills E-commerce or consumer product experience preferred Why Join Mockins?
