Marketing Director

Infinity Global is seeking an experienced, creative and commercially minded Marketing Director to lead marketing across our diverse portfolio of brands. Working across multiple industries and consumer categories, this role will develop and execute marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement and create meaningful commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate is a strong brand marketer who understands how to turn a brand's identity and heritage into relevant campaigns, partnerships, content and experiences that drive growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute overarching marketing strategies across the Infinity Global brand portfolio. Create annual marketing plans aligned with brand objectives, commercial goals and seasonal opportunities. Develop campaigns across social media, digital, influencers, PR, partnerships, activations, sponsorships, e-commerce and content . Lead the development of brand positioning, messaging and creative direction across assigned brands. Identify and develop strategic partnerships with influencers, talent, celebrities, retailers, sports and entertainment properties and other relevant partners. Develop and execute sponsorship and activation strategies that create meaningful brand exposure and consumer engagement. Oversee branded photoshoots, content creation and creative campaigns from concept through execution. Develop compelling pitch decks, marketing presentations and brand materials for internal and external partners. Work closely with licensing and business development teams to identify opportunities for marketing and brand amplification. Partner with licensees and external agencies to ensure brand guidelines and marketing strategies are consistently executed. Lead digital and e-commerce marketing initiatives designed to increase engagement, conversion and sales. Monitor consumer, cultural and market trends to identify new opportunities for the brands. Manage external agencies, vendors, creative partners and marketing resources as required. Track campaign performance and use data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness. Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing, fashion, lifestyle, entertainment or consumer products . Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of social media, influencer marketing, PR, digital and e-commerce. Experience with partnerships, sponsorships, activations and talent collaborations. Strong creative and commercial instincts with an understanding of how marketing drives business growth. Excellent presentation, communication and project management skills. Strong understanding of consumer and cultural trends. Ability to manage multiple brands, projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized, proactive and entrepreneurial. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred.
