If you're the kind of person who won't let a good conversation just end who genuinely enjoys reconnecting with people, listening to what's holding them back, and finding the right way to help this role was built for you. You won't be cold-calling strangers. You'll be following up with homeowners who have already met with us, already seen what's possible for their home, and just need the right person to help them get there.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reconnecting with prospective customers who didn't move forward at their first consultation, through daily calls, texts, and emails
• Sharing relevant updates, promotions, and solutions that address what's holding them back
• Scheduling follow-up in-home consultations and helping close the sale
• Checking in with recent "demono sale" homeowners to genuinely understand their experience and uncover new opportunities

What Success Looks Like

We believe in clear expectations, not guesswork. You'll know exactly what winning looks like:

• 5+ working appointments scheduled per week
• 2+ net sales per week
• Monthly check-ins with your manager to track your growth and celebrate your wins

Pay & Earning Potential

• $28.00 per hour base pay
• Plus commission: $100 per demo scheduled, $50 per rehash sale closed
• Your hustle directly grows your paycheck there's no cap on what you can earn

• Someone who communicates with warmth, clarity, and confidence on the phone, over text, and in person
• A self-starter who follows through consistently, even when it takes a few tries
• Someone who's motivated by clear goals and enjoys the satisfaction of hitting them
• Reliable attendance and punctuality our customers and your team count on you showing up
