US Bar Attorney

Job Requirements 1. Possess a Legal Professional Qualification Certificate or Lawyer Qualification Credential; admission to the US Bar is required, with admission to the DC Bar preferred.

• . Internship or working experience in major patent litigation or other significant intellectual property litigation cases.
• . Internship or working experience related to US Section 337 investigations and China-US intellectual property litigation.
• . Internship or working experience in dispute resolution for cross-border e-commerce, especially Amazon-related business disputes in the US market.

Location: Shanghai, China / Washington D.C., USA Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified U.S. Bar attorney (DC Bar preferred) to join our growing international intellectual property and cross-border litigation team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundational knowledge of U.S. and Chinese IP laws, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to handle complex, multi-jurisdictional legal matters. This role focuses on representing Chinese cross-border e-commerce clients in U.S. federal court litigation, including TRO/SAD cases, patent infringement disputes, and Amazon-related disputes. The successful candidate will work closely with our U.S. and China-based teams to provide seamless, client-focused legal services.
