Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Installation Specialist to join our growing team. This position is responsible for installing premium fiberglass swimming pools and assisting with all phases of residential pool construction. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a team that builds some of the finest backyard projects in the Kansas City area.

No pool experience is required for the right person. We will train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the installation of fiberglass swimming pools
• Perform excavation support, grading, backfilling, and site preparation
• Install plumbing, pool equipment, and utilities
• Set, level, and secure fiberglass pool shells
• Prepare pool bases and assist with concrete and deck preparation
• Operate construction tools and equipment safely
• Load, unload, and maintain materials and equipment
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
• Communicate respectfully with homeowners and team members
• Follow company safety standards and installation procedures
• Maintain a clean driving record and safely operate company vehicles when required

Qualifications

• Construction, landscaping, excavation, concrete, plumbing, or similar experience preferred
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Experience

• Skid steer or mini excavator operation
• Plumbing or irrigation installation
• Concrete or flatwork experience
• Heavy equipment operation
• Experience reading construction plans
