Legal Assistant

Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Litigation Legal Assistant who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.
Location : Greater Seattle Area
Pay Rate: $28-33 per hour
Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and e-file legal documents in state, federal, and appellate courts.
- Manage attorney calendars, court deadlines, and hearing schedules.
- Maintain and organize case files and legal records.
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Requirements:
- 1+ YOE as a legal assistant in a litigation law firm
- Experience E-filing in Washington State and Federally
The salary range for this position is $28-33/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
