Bilingual Administrative Assistant IMPRIMIS GROUP IS HIRING! ONSITE- DALLAS, TX $17-19/HR | CONTRACT TO HIRE OPPORTUNITY! Imprimis is partnering with a faith‑based organization in seeking an admin assistant to cover the front desk starting ASAP through the holiday season. This role requires an individual who is fluent in English/Spanish communication and possesses a welcoming professional presence. This position is the first point of contact for visitors. Job Summary Open the office at 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Provide a welcome greeting to all visitors to the office Answer and route phone calls to the proper staff Order all office supplies and schedule necessary maintenance of office equipment Provide staff with clerical and secretarial assistance when appropriate Provide back up to the executive administrative assistant as necessary Other duties determined by supervisor Seniority level Entry level Employment type Temporary Job function Administrative Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
