Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Documenting patient progress and engaging in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment outcomes and refine care strategies.

• Completing timely and ethical documentation aligned with departmental guidelines, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

• Managing a caseload that involves collaboration with educational and community resources to provide comprehensive support for your clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with youth and their families within a school setting. You will engage with adolescents facing various challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Cultural competence is vital, as you’ll be assisting a diverse group of clients—ensuring all individuals receive tailored and effective mental health care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and engage effectively with clients of all ages.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. Our benefits package includes:
